Composition

Sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, distilled water.

Directions for Use

Perform necrotomy and wall restoration to create a reservoir for the solution in the tooth cavity. Introduce sodium hypochlorite (3.25% or 5.25%) into the root canal using an irrigation syringe with a side-vented needle to minimize the risk of extrusion beyond the apex. Ensure the sodium hypochlorite remains in the tooth cavity and fully fills the root canal lumen.

During endodontic treatment, use a dental dam to isolate the tooth or teeth, preventing the solution from entering the oral cavity and respiratory tract. Utilize suction to remove the solution and tissue debris.
